Abstract Guidelines

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT OF THE PAPER / POSTER/ VIDEO/ INNOVATIVE IDEA PRESENTATION :
  • Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept/reject the presentation in any form.
  • There should be a covering letter with a declaration by the presenter that the work is carried out by him / her and team if any, and has not been presented or published by him /her earlier.
  • The post-graduates who are sending abstract should get a certifying letter from their respective HOD addressing to organizing secretary.
  • The abstract of the presentations (Paper/ Poster/ video/Innovative ideas), Covering letter with declaration, proof of registration, and certifying letter from HOD for post-graduates must be submitted in the website.
  • Submit only abstracts in website (don’t submit final presentations in the website).
  • Not more than 2 presentations(paper/poster/ video/innovative ideas)will be accepted from the same presenter.
  • All single case reports will be included in poster category only.
  • Innovative surgical ideas include
  • Any technique, instrument, equipment Indigenously developed by the presenter.
GENERAL RULES :
  • After successful submission, following scrutiny by scientific committee abstract submission ID will be provided.
  • Only those papers received with full specifications alone will be considered.
  • Once the Selection process is completed the Presenters of all the categories will be intimated about rules and regulations, session & time slot of their presentation.
Format for abstract of the paper / poster/ video/ innovative idea presentation :
  • Use Word format and Times New Roman letters.
  • Title in all capitals and text in single spacing with font size 12 for both.
  • Should contain less than 300 words.
  • The abstract must contain:
  • AIMS & OBJECTIVES
  • METHODS
  • RESULTS
  • CONCLUSION
  • Comments like “Results will be discussed” will not be accepted.
